Recently, a netizen posted that they went to a McDonalds, where the staff asked what drink they would like for their order, and they said Coca-Cola. Unfortunately, the McDonalds staff mentioned that they are out of Coca-Cola, and that they had Iced Lemon Tea only.
This is of course annoying when you expect a drink that is synonymous with the fast food megachain, yet they can still be out of stock of it. Another user mentioned that they ordered Milo Ais via the drive through and was told it was out of stock.
Yet walking in the fast food restaurant, they had Milo Ais available. This is further adding on the issues that McDonalds is facing in Malaysia in the terms of ready stocked items (french fries) and efficiency (broken ice cream machines).
