Two days ago, a netizen posted a TikTok video saying that their flight with Malaysia Airlines were delayed for about an hour.
In addition to the delay, the aircraft had no air conditioning. The passenger, in the video, says they were forced to be cooped up in the hot aircraft. The video shows people using anything they could get to ventilate themselves.
Other netizens commented saying that the customer should demand a refund. Some were siding with the airline saying that it’s better to be safe than sorry. There was a user telling a joke to the customer, saying opening the aircraft window will let more air in. LOL Others say Malaysian Airlines as a full-fledged airline should have treated their customers better.
