A 42-year-old man in Perak said to be suffering from a mental disorder, reportedly killed his 68-year-old mother and cut her up into 15 pieces, according to local news reports.
He is suspected of dumping the body pieces in a sewage tank behind their home. But on the evening of June 4, police discovered the body after a neighbour complained about an odour coming from the house.
After being unable to contact her mother, the victim’s daughter filed a police report on May 28. The woman, who does not reside with the suspect or victim, had a regular phone conversation with her mother.
