It all started with a tweet saying that half of the stadium was packed with Bangladeshi people for the Asian Cup 2023. Then a random netizen commented about their body odour, which received attention. Another netizen replied saying that it’s not polite for us to say such things as we also have our own flaws.

Many tweeted that Bangaldeshi people who attended the match had body odour. A female netizen mentioned that she had to bear the smells and at the same time was checking out local men.

There were mentions of narcissism, but it is in fact racism. Racism is judging someone based on the colour of their skin, smell and certain features. As Malaysians, we also face racism outside of our country and it is impolite of us to treat foreigners this way.
