A greedy Malaysian woman got conned by a considerable amount of money, RM583,000 after someone made her a too-good-to-be-true investment proposal after falling for it. What a scam!
The 35-year-old woman, a trader from Port Dickson claimed on Feb 14 she accepted the investment offered by an unknown man who offered an investment scheme through the “RRR68.club” app that promised huge profits.
After making 52 transfers in 13 different bank accounts, the woman felt cheated after finding out that the man had blocked her on the chat app last month. She lodged a police report two days ago. Hope she can recover the money.
