A food delivery man was fined RM10,000 today by the Sessions Court after pleading guilty two years ago to two charges of sending and initiating obscene materials through social media.

The food delivery man 25, will have to serve six months in jail if he fails to pay the RM10,000 says the Judge at the Sessions Court, Datuk Che Wan Zaidi Che Wan Ibrahim.

According to the two charges, he was accused of knowingly making and initiating transmission of communication in the form of pornographic pictures and videos with the intent of offending others via the Instagram application. Kesian the food delivery guy.
