The reason why these houses are affordable is because the government is heavily subsidising them. It is said the specific house is located at Taman Melawati Cergas, Kuala Selangor.
Other netizens were complaining about the duration of the construction, and the availability of said homes. Many mentioned when they applied for these homes, they got rejected. Some claim that you’d need internal connections to get these homes, but however that is an alleged story.
