However, when he found out that driving Grab makes more money than engineering, the netizen was stunned.
For the time being, it might be possible for Grab drivers to make RM10,000 a month due to high fares, especially in the Klang Valley. The aviation engineer/Grab driver mentioned that driving Grab he’d make RM10k a month while working in his job scope he’d get only RM5k a month.
Another netizen mentioned that working in corporate, they made little money and now they’re working in retail. While working in retail, they can afford more things and could even give their parents pocket money. Some netizens also mention that working in a bigger company you’d have more benefits rather than driving grab.
