The clutch is 53 centimetres long, you hardly see any luxury brands making an exaggerated item such as this. This is also probably one of the reasons why it is so expensive, because there is a limited amount of it available on the market.
Furthermore, for a clutch from 1989, it looks almost brand new. This is a testament to the old Chanel quality, a stark contrast to their quality today.
