According to BFM news on Twitter, our Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim has decided to go ahead in suing Razman Zakaria for his words of defamation against Anwar. Razman claimed that Anwar is linked to the LGBTQ community and is a secret communist. Razman has 14 days to make an appearance in the Taiping high court.

Anwar Ibrahim is also seeking RM5 million in damages and demands an apology from his political rival. Netizens joked that Anwar Ibrahim isn’t taking a salary from the federal government due to him finding another source of income: suing those that spread fake news about him.
“Get that bread boss,” stated by a possible Gen-z netizen. It appears that netizens do approve of our Prime Minister doing this as an effort to reduce the lies spread about him which those are spreading have the intent on damaging his political career.
