Remember during the general elections where eggs randomly were sold out in most places? There were talks of importing the eggs and thus increasing the prices of them, and suddenly an association claims to have an excess of eggs.

Apparently some are stating that there is an egg cartel here. The lives of millions of Malaysians depend on the affordability and availability of eggs. Some are even accusing the chicken farmers of wanting to sell to Singaporean companies as they stand the chance to make massive profits.
The original poster of the tweet claimed that these cartels were exposed. Some were saying that we should start importing more eggs to give these businesses more competition as they would not be able to do such an alleged thing again.
