In our modern day and age, buying things online is considered as one of the norms. Many have even purchased designer items that can cost RM3,000 and above online. However, the most extravagant online purchase to be seen on Malaysian Twitter is this man purchasing a cat from another state via Whatsapp and had it sent to him by a “Cat Taxi”.
Cat Taxi Anyone?
It is rare to see domesticated animals being bought online as the logistics and safety of the animal is pretty hard to maintain. However, the seller was the one who insisted to the customer that the cat will be sent via car.
Another question is that will Grab or Indriver one day adopt this method of delivery? Would they make a delivery service for cats and dogs? Another netizen who claimed to have used this service said that it is efficient and quick, it is still new and not many know of it.
Petsitters
This service apparently has existed for several years. Some netizens even joked that having babysitters is not enough as one day even petsitters would be the norm. Most are in awe that such service is in existence and it is a boost to such service as apparently 2/3 of Malaysians have pets.
