It is outrage in Hong Kong after a woman’s indecent act of stripping naked in a public library in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, was caught on a 4-second video, what ensued was public outcry. Hong Kong authorities are currently investigating the case, as it made rounds online.
There were speculations that the woman was filming adult videos or was paid to do the act. Netizens were puzzled as to why the librarians and security did not notice the outrageous behavior.
The incident was reported to the Hong Kong police by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and no arrests have been made yet.
