Former Umno MP Nazri Abdul Aziz has called for the Sedition Act to be used against former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad for his criticisms of the government.
Nazri Accuses
Nazri accused Mahathir of inciting hatred towards the current administration and cited his own experience of being part of the Mahathir cabinet during his 22-year rule. He also questioned Mahathir’s sudden concern for the Malays, whom he had previously accused of being lazy.
Meanwhile, former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak suggested that Anwar Ibrahim should block Mahathir and his family from leaving the country before making charges and put a roadblock in front of the road leading to his house.
