While one judge thought ex-PM Najib Razak did not get a fair trial, which many people do not agree with and 4 other judges also do not agree with, Nik Abduh, a prominent PAS leader and son of Nik Aziz, padded that the one judge was sufficient for him to believe justice was not done.
In a Facebook post on his page, Nik Abduh said he used to believe that Bossku was not given due process and justice by the courts but remained silent since he thought he did not have a good understanding of how the law functions.
Bossku Got Support From PAS
“Today (Friday last week), when the Chief Justice of Sabah and Sarawak Datuk Abdul Rahman Sebli, the chairman (most senior) of the five-judge panel to the application for review of the sentence on Najib gave the same view in his sentencing that there was a clear injustice, then I realised that the initial view I used to be not naive, even meritorious.”
We can wonder now what they will say in the event another ex-PM is sent to jail. Is it a new beginning for Bossku with PAS leader’s message supporting one judge who believe the ex-PM did not get justice? With PAS support…green wave?
