Sunday Raid
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) conducted a raid on the offices and residence of Human Resources Minister V Sivakumar on Sunday, in connection to allegations of receiving millions of ringgit in exchange for continuing government contracts for certain individuals through middlemen.

The raid was reportedly carried out to track down the money allegedly obtained by Sivakumar, who was summoned by the MACC on the same day to provide information and evidence. Sivakumar is accused of receiving cash from a businessman through a public relations representative, promising to continue their project and offering another project in the future.
