Meanwhile, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) conducted a visit to assess the advancement of the Navy’s second-generation littoral combat ships (LCS). Witness testimonies were provided by the Defence Ministry’s deputy secretary-general (Development), BNS chairman, and BNS chief executive officer.
However, the lengthy duration of the proceedings has raised concerns about the time taken to address the matter. Netizens are calling for accountability and the identification of those responsible for misusing taxpayers’ money. Despite this, Syed Saddiq faces criticism for his previous meeting with Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, particularly during his tenure as Prime Minister.
