Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari expressed confidence that the Pakatan Harapan-BN alliance could secure more than two-thirds of the seats in the upcoming state elections.

He stated that with the right strategy, it is possible for them to win over 50 seats out of the total 56 in Selangor.

Seat allocations between PH-BN have been finalized, but there are still a few seats in other states that require review by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

The state legislative assembly in Selangor will be dissolved on June 23, along with upcoming elections in Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, and Kedah.
