The PH and BN alliances have been urged to promptly address the division of seats ahead of the upcoming State Elections (PRN) in six states, expected to occur in late July or mid-August. Mustapha Yaakub, Umno Veteran Secretary, emphasized the significance of the PRN for both PH and BN in their pursuit of victory against PN.

While discussions continue to determine the allocation of seats for each party, time is running short. Mustapha called upon the state leadership of PH and BN to swiftly make decisions regarding seat division, prioritizing strategic planning and cooperation for success.
He emphasized the importance of unity and mutual support, urging BN and PH voters to back candidates from the opposing party in order to secure victory. The aim is to prioritize a win-win formula and focus on the ultimate goal of triumphing over PN in the elections.
