Badminton player Lee Zii Jia has opted to take a temporary break from the sport, seeking rest and renewed motivation after a string of disappointing performances. Following his early exit from the Indonesia Open on June 14, Lee did not specify the duration of his hiatus.

This pause presents an opportunity for Lee Zii Jia to halt his decline and potentially reclaim his position among the top 10 players in the upcoming four events. Fortunately, it is unlikely that he will drop out of the top 20 rankings for at least the next two months.
