After some resistance and long arguments with users on Twitter, Zaki Yamani has finally bowed to PM Anwar Ibrahim’s request. The leader of the PH demanded that he apologises to PAS leader Abdul Hadi Awang. Now, he has done it.
Accepts Anwar’s Message
In a Twitter post today, the Anwar supporter (based on his Twitter account) says he took Anwar’s message into consideration. But he also took the views of his friends before posting the apology.
Zaki To Hadi’s Wives: Sorry
In the apology, he also says it is directed to the ‘wives’ and family of Hadi Awang. During the weekend, upon hearing that Hadi was ill and hospitalised, he wished the latter to be dead. This angered Anwar particularly after some pro-Azmin Ali websites said Zaki was attached to one of Anwar’s aides.
