Rumours have it that there is a mighty tussle being fought between Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Kedah Menteri Besar Sanusi Mohd Noor. The issue is who will be the next MB of Kedah after the PRN, though no one knows who will win. Yet, the internet is full of rumours of a Sanusi-Mahathir tussle.

Sanusi-Mahathir Tussle

As the countdown to the six state elections begins, cyber troopers have begun using psychological warfare in Kedah. There are persistent online rumours that Mahathir is pushing Sanusi out.

Speculation started to spread on social media in June suggesting Pejuang president DS Mukhriz Mahathir will likely replace outspoken Kedah PN chairman Sanusi as the new MB after the polls in the state. Mahathir is now working with TS Muhyiddin Yassin.
