Jalan Ampang, one of the most historical roads in Malaysia, is now facing a major problem. In the early mornings when Malaysians are rushing to work, it appears that a number of private cars are blocking the way for the buses to commute smoothly. The penalties for cars driving on the bus lanes are only RM100.

In addition to this, netizens are admitting that there are enough law enforcements taking care of the situation. However, there can’t be an officer taking care of the whole stretch. The user adds that there are some individuals on Jalan Ampang that may drive expensive cars, but yet at the same time are possibly ignorant.
Twitter users state that we wouldn’t need strong law enforcement if people were acting decently enough. Unfortunately, it appears that there are a segment of Malaysians who are fine in disregarding the law.
Furthermore, users are accusing Vellfire drivers for making this a common occurrence. However, this does not reflect on all the owners or drivers of this specific type of cars. Following that, there is a congestion problem for the Ampang area specifically due to lack of public transportation options available.
