Apparently the incident happened at a Kota Bharu store where the MPKB was seen giving a fine to a hair salon for doing as such.
There are those who claim that this applies to Muslim women as well. However, others claim that depending on the situation, the religion does allow certain leeways. Regardless, it seems that those on Twitter are in agreement with the state of Kelantan doing as such.
