You decide. Is the video below funny or a very serious matter that the Kelantan state government should fix immediately? Or at least, show the desire to fix. There have been a lot of talks and accusations. But little action.
No More Brown Water?
The Kelantan state government asked for RM8 billion to solve the water issues in the state, but Economic Affairs Minister Rafizi Ramli says the amount is exorbitant. He says it only required another water treatment plant at a cost of RM1.5 billion. Kelantan, he says, needs 600 million litres/day of treated water and the existing treatment plants stand at 500 million litres/day.
