The ex-IGP Acryl Sani, who served in the police force for 37 years and was the country’s 13th IGP, will take on the role as an independent and non-executive deputy chairman. DNex highlighted his extensive career in various positions within the police force.

Currently holding 375,000 shares in the group, Acryl Sani’s appointment comes after DNex previously designated Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mamed Tahir as executive chairman in December last year. DNex’s market capitalisation stands at RM1.55 billion.
