The Menteri Besar of Selangor came out today with a strong statement in which he urges the adversaries to stop the slander or fitnah. He says today is a Friday, which is a great day in the Muslim world.
“On this glorious Friday stop baseless slander. Figures and facts show that the State Government of Selangor is steadfast in promoting the teachings of Islam in the state. 78 mosques and 75 suraus were newly built and improved. KAFA teacher allowance is increased and is the highest in Malaysia.
Stop the Maki-maki
“Special incentives specifically for imams, Bilal and Siak of mosques throughout Selangor. Special incentive for Muassasah pilgrims. Imam’s allowance in Selangor is RM 1300 per month, not RM 850 as claimed! Avoid defamation which is a major sin in Islam,” he says. But the adversaries are still attacking his person…stop the maki-maki lah!
