KFC, one of the popular fast food chain restaurants in Malaysia is now facing criticisms from netizens on Twitter. They state that the brand has been quietly increasing their prices to exorbitant levels. One user claims that previously the popular snack plate was only RM12. However, now it’s RM21.

Netizens also state that buying directly from KFC can cost more than usual. A user states that they can easily spend RM70 if they’re not careful. Furthermore, it is slightly shocking to see fast food brands increasing their prices drastically over the years.
It’s going to the point where Ikea food is actually more economical and cheaper than these restaurants. Regardless, brands like KFC will continue staying as one of the better fast food restaurant options in Malaysia.
