It’s always safely assumed that spending thousands of Ringgit at a “luxury” resort would give you the best treatment. However, it appears that a local celebrity, Bella Khan and her friends, spent a few nights spending RM17,000 at a local resort that ended up leaving some of them with bed bugs.

Netizens are showing their concerns towards the local celebrity. They are asking whether they managed to recover from the bed bug bites. The same user states that RM17,000 is a lot of money for most Malaysians. This is all coupled with the alleged bad service and rude remarks from the staff.
Others question the resort in handling the situation, some are asking if a room is infested with bed bugs should the beds be burnt? Some responded by stating that the room needs to be vacated for a period of time and the insects will move to another location.
