Aeon Mall Klebang shopping center was evacuated due to a suspected bomb threat. Perak State Police Chief Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri confirmed the police and bomb squad’s deployment for a thorough inspection following an earlier threat call. At approximately 5:30 p.m., a warning bell prompted staff and customers to evacuate the four-story building.

The police indicated that mall operations would cease for the day. The Royal Malaysia Police Bomb Disposal Unit conducted an inspection, and the building was cleared.
The mall has since been evacuated. There are not many comments regarding this incident but local residents claim that Aeon is pricier than regular stores. However, it is still unclear whether the mall has a bomb in it or not.
