There are the benefits of this, such as kids learning about those from a different background from them. However, netizens state that the peer pressure on the B40 youth from the T20 youth’s potential spending habits on new fashion trends and electronic goods may be unhealthy as well.
Some state that kids from their respective wealth group tend to be more comfortable with those of a similar background. A netizen states that they were in a classroom full of T20 students, and it wasn’t a fun experience for them.
