This baby is a survivor and it attracted attention with its cries that saved his life. He was found in a red plastic box outside the tahfiz (religious school) in Besut. The handsome baby boy is believed to have been born within 48 hours with a weight of 2.6 kilograms. Besut District Police Chief, Superintendent Abdul Rozak Muhammad says a man claimed to hear the sound of a baby crying while he was painting inside the tahfiz center at 8 am.

Police say the initial inspection found that the tahfiz centre housed male students and the waqf which was the location of the discovery was on the side of the main road and was not equipped with CCTV.
