A man has gone crazy after his car hit a cow, badly damaging his car as can be seen in the picture below. He decided to round up all the stray cows he could find in the area as a form of punishment against the owners.

In an X Post, it is said he did that to teach the cow owners in the area – who let their cows loose for grazing – to be more responsible. But is he allowed to do that? He even posted that he would be selling the cows for cheap if they were not made into soup. He must be joking though!
Note: Under the Animal Welfare Act (2015) it is illegal to abandon ‘any animal in circumstances in which the animal is likely to suffer trauma, pain or suffering by reason of relocation, starvation, thirst, injury or illness.
