it’s possible that the Langkawi MP did not mean to tell Minister of Transport to run an MRT line across the seas from Alor Setar to Kuah in Langkawi. In his statement he clearly missed the fact that the train can’t run on water hence he should have said build a link at least, between Langkawi and Alor Setar.

The response from Anthony Loke was a bit brutal certainly because the good minister realised the mishap from the Langkawi MP who is known, like many other PN MPs for their shortcomings. Watch the video:
