The latest status of registrations under the People’s Income Initiative (IPR), launched on February 26th, is as follows: Three initiatives have been developed under the initiative, namely the Food Entrepreneurs Initiative (INSAN), Farmer Entrepreneurs Initiative (INTAN), and Food Operator Initiative (IKHSAN).

The total number of registrations to date is 48,381 participants. Specifically, INSAN has 13,103 participants, INTAN has 20,798, and IKHSAN has 14,480. All participants’ statuses are currently registered. The Ministry of Economy also welcomes public participation through these initiatives to help move Malaysia towards becoming a high-income country.
