The love affair Malaysians have with Starbucks appears to be dying off with the massive boycotts. However, X users are recommending a couple of alternative brands for users to drink at. There’s Zus coffee, and there’s also Richiamo coffee.
Starbucks drama leading netizens to recommend Richiamo
Netizens state that the cafe serves wonderful meals and coffee at a more reasonable price. They also have salted egg yolk croissants, just don’t tell a French person they have that. Furthermore, the brand has over 140 branches, which means that it is rather established.
Unfortunately, Richiamo has received a lot of criticism from X users for the quality of their hot meals. However, Starbucks does not have the best hot meals available in their cafes as well. Others state that they do not mind shopping at any cafes or restaurants despite the identity of the owner, as long as they provide good food.
