Aman Palestin Now Gives MACC 3 Days to Unfreeze Accounts

Aman Palestin demands the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to unfreeze its account within three days, threatening legal action. The freeze, in effect since last week, pertains to alleged financial irregularities. The group’s lawyer, Muhammad Rafique Rashid Ali, contends that the MACC’s actions hinder humanitarian efforts for the occupied land.

The organization urges Members of Parliament to address the issue in the Dewan Rakyat. Rafique alleges a conspiracy, citing a MACC statement as a prelude to the search and account freeze, claiming it tarnishes it’s reputation. The MACC is investigating Aman Palestin and its Board of Directors.
