The luxury brand Balenciaga is back again with their peculiar items. It is unclear if people are actually buying them or if they are doing this for shock value. However, they are selling soaps for a whopping RM980. But it does come with a soap container, which is made out of resin. The soap refill alone is RM330.
Balenciaga selling RM980 soaps
Balenciaga states the soap is 155g, and it is a “vegetal” soap. They did not specify on the scent of it and they do not currently offer any perfumes for sale. Even higher tier brands like Chanel are charging for less than half of the soap refills, at RM155 coupled with their iconic No 5 scent.
Regardless, there will still be mega fans of the brand out there purchasing this. Sometimes there are individuals who would be interested in it simply due to the brand name. Some may see this as an affordable option in comparison to the shoes, bags and even belts.
