An autistic child reported missing on Tuesday was tragically discovered unalive in a river near his disappearance spot at Apartment Idaman, Damansara Damai, Petaling Jaya the following day. Residents found the boy’s body about 200 meters from the reported missing area.

Chief of Petaling Jaya District Police, Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Fakhrudin Abd Hamid, confirmed the last sighting of Zayn Rayyan at his home on Tuesday noon. The child’s body was sent for further examination to Hospital Sungai Buloh.
Mohd Fakhrudin ruled out any signs of abduction, mentioning the child was found in sports attire. A local involved in the search, Faizol Najib Abudi Naim, expressed deep sadness and condolences to the family.
