Can Anwar’s Bigger Cabinet Deliver Now

Many among the opponents to his government are now rejoicing that PM Anwar Ibrahim has finally decided to enlarge his cabinet. They are saying that during the PN’s reign, the PH supporters were vehemently against the large cabinet. But now, Anwar himself has a larger cabinet. Remember the days when people were talking about the Ikea cabinets? The point is whether the current bigger cabinet will deliver.

Bigger Cabinet – Delivery

However, to be fair to the Perpaduan leader, his cabinet is still one of the smallest in Malaysia’s recent history. Starting with Tun Dr Mahathir’s Cabinet, of which Anwar was a tenor before his firing, the current cabinet is not the biggest. The biggest was that of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin who seized power through a scheme of things and had to probably, pamper all the MPs following to the point that at least 2/3 of them were in the cabinet. LOL.
