There are some stories where homes in Cyberjaya are reducing in prices by 50%. Furthermore, netizens are suggesting that others should purchase these homes as a starter home. However, there are some who disagreed with this sentiment as there are reasons why some of these condominiums are reducing in their property value.
Cyberjaya houses allegedly reducing in prices?
X users state that if the property value is around RM225,000 and it’s not sold that it could probably be a problem with the area. Apparently, there is a new MRT station near the area, and many are surprised at the fact that these units are not selling.
Another user states that auction prices are not reflective of the sold prices. However, the auctioned units were sold at only a few thousand ringgits more than the auction price.
