Malaysian Drug Fugitive

Thai police, along with the Office of the Narcotics Control Board, had been investigating the alleged drug dealer, who played a significant role in the drug trade in the Golden Triangle area since 2006. The arrest resulted from close coordination between Thai, Malaysian, and Laotian enforcement agencies. The Malaysian man was identified as the main suspect in a major drug bust in June, involving 998 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.
