Netizens are curious if this brand is breaking any IP laws as their mascot and brand colorings look awfully similar to the American brand.

X users feel that the brand owner copied the KFC branding and coloring. Users state that local brands should try their best to have their own signature look rather than bootlegging American companies.
Some fear that the owner could get into some trouble if the original brand complains that their look is infringed. Regardless, KFC is one of the brands that has been copied by multiple other fried chicken brands, especially with the F.C naming part.
