New: 48 foreign women arrested involved in ‘outcall girl’ sex workers syndicate

The Immigration Department arrested 48 foreign women involved in an ‘outcall girl’ prostitution syndicate during a special operation in the capital. The individuals, aged 18 to 36, included 32 Indonesians, 13 Thais, and three Vietnamese. The syndicate operated by promoting sex services through Telegram and WhatsApp, with a local ‘transporter’ facilitating orders.

The customer-paid fees ranged from RM400 to RM1,200. The investigation revealed the syndicate’s year-long operation. Authorities also arrested an Afghan man, a local ‘transporter,’ and two caretakers. Eight Thai women had valid Social Visit Passes, while others lacked proper travel documents. Items seized included condoms, cash, and passports.
