MYAirline May Resume Operations By The Middle Of This Year

Troubled MYAirline has reportedly finalized a sale and purchase agreement with an undisclosed Middle Eastern investor, aiming to resume operations by mid-year. Ceasing operations after 10 months, the airline submitted a conditional air service license application to the Malaysian Aviation Commission, expecting a 90-day processing period.

To restart operations, they must clear debts, settle overdue salaries for 900 employees, and refund 117,000 passengers. While sources remain anonymous, they hope the undisclosed investor will pave the way for MYAirline’s revival.
