RUMAWIP Project Now Allegedly ABANDONED Even After Customers PAID

One of the biggest drawbacks of buying incomplete homes in Malaysia is that there are possibilities that it may never complete. Some users are alleging that a RUMAWIP project is abandoned despite customers already paying the installments of their incomplete affordable home.

X users feel that government contracts should be more stringent as contractors should complete the project within said timeline. Others advise future home buyers that this is rather common when purchasing an affordable home and would recommend buyers to cross check the history of the contractor. 

A netizen states that this is one of the risks of buying homes that are yet to be completed. Others corrected the user citing that this is only due to the fact that the developer is allegedly unreliable.
