A sarcastic (he is forever) Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, fighting back against the Madani government of PM Anwar Ibrahim, has urged foreign nationals not to come to Malaysia (based on the video below). Perhaps he was referring to foreign investors since he adds in the video shot below, that there is a new ‘regime’ in Malaysia and if this new government want to investigate someone, they will do it without any explanations.

No one can say whether he was serious in his allegations and calls to the foreigners not to come to Malaysia. Later on, he may turn around and say something else to dilute the impact of what he said earlier. However, we do not see much impact on Malaysia’s investment climate with his call for a virtual boycott. After all, he supports the boycott of Mcdonald’s and other American brands because of the Gaza situation. Right?
