A Malaysian customer set a new Nasi Kandar price record, paying RM256 at Nasi Kandar Pelita in Penang. Previously, a customer paid RM218 at another establishment. This latest feat involved a full plate with a variety of dishes, such as chicken, lamb shank, squid, curry crab and fish, prawns, other seafood, lamb’s gut, and vegetables with mixed gravy.

It seems that Pelita, the popular choice for this meal, posted the TikTok about this. They even showed off the receipt to their fanbase.
