Netizens state that the preparations done by Thailand for this fruit is different. They claim that Malaysia’s version is fresh and would have to be ripe enough before being prepared. However, these claims could be made on our neighbor’s side as well.
Others state that the Thai fruit is not as intense as the Malaysian one as the TikToker managed to bring it into their hotel room. If it were to be the Malaysian one, most definitely the smell would be the biggest key-takeaway.
