New: Tony Pua commends efficient police response now, plans to provide statement

In a sardonic statement tonight, Tony Pua characterized the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Tan Sri Razarudin Husain, as highly efficient and swift in addressing the police reports filed against him. Pua, former DAP Publicity Secretary, also announced his intention to provide a statement to the police at Bukit Aman at 1 p.m. tomorrow.

He acknowledged the IGP’s prompt action, efficiency, and dedication in personally attending to police reports, possibly filed by “UMNO kids.” Earlier, the media reported that the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) confirmed receiving reports regarding Pua’s Facebook statement and conducting investigations into alleged insults against the King.
